Summary: Slipping through the cracks, filling your car, and slightly polluting the outside world. What could it be? It is the black sludge of righteous vengeance! The Oily Maniac!

History: Disgraced by both polio and a vicious gang of do-nothings ruining his family business, young Shen Yuan decided to enact a ritual engraved on someone’s back. He digs himself a hole, sits in it, and is dowsed in liquid oil. From there, he becomes the black abomination known as the Oily Maniac. This beast's one true goal is to kill anyone he deems as an enemy, and it's mostly those criminals.

Notable Kills: Oily Maniac vs. many guys with swords. Maniac comes out on top.

Final Fate: Sadly, even after killing just about all of his enemies, Shen is shot down by authorities before dissipating into oil.

Powers/Abilities: Can turn into shapeless oil to slip and slide through anywhere, and can regenerate lost body parts.

Weakness: Bullets, mostly to the heart.

Scariness Factor: 4-This guy is plain HIDEOUS, with an oily body befitting a humanoid smog monster, and his heart beating on the outside! It's a relief that most of his victims were assholes.

Trivia: -The Oily Maniac bears a striking resemblance to the Spider Man villain, Venom, in that they're both disgraced men who get most of their powers from anger and an oily substance (in Venom's case, the alien Symbiote), and have few scruples with killing.

-This film was also known as "Zombi 12: The Insane Oily Freak".
